Scott Price is the founder/owner of Home Run Inspections LLC, established 2015, State-Licensed, International Association of Home Inspectors – InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector/CMI & Certified Professional Inspector/CPI, Certified Residential Thermographer/CRT, Sewer Scope Certified Inspector/SSCI, and M.Ed.
He is committed to providing excellence in home inspection services to assist his clients in assessing and maintaining the value of their real estate investments. Scott has over 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry and is estimated to have been in over 12,000 homes!
When he’s not inspecting, he and his wife, Sherine, enjoy hiking, swimming, bicycling, birding, boating, writing, playing guitar, traveling, and spending time with their beloveds. They have been to ALL fifty states as well as Canada and Mexico, ALL the Major League Baseball Stadiums as well as Spring Training in Arizona & Florida, approximately one half of ALL the National Parks, and are currently working on their bucket list item of visiting ALL the 176 Florida State Parks. They truly do Cover ALL the Bases!
